Joplin X WordPress

Posted on January 18, 2022January 18, 2022 by steve

I threw together a neat little python scraper that’s parses my Joplin notebook (https://joplinapp.org/) for new posts and mirrors them to this wordpress site, and if this post works I guess it worked!

It’s probably going to mess up some stuff, it’s not going to support fonts, and probably won’t utilize the weird block writing method that wordpress uses. If I’m correct, it’ll drop it all into a single cell.

I might look into breaking it out into multiple cells, but I’m not really worried. I mainly just wanted a way to fill stuff out from my phone/laptop/desktop easily with a familiar program that had a dark theme. My workflow is probably strange anyway.

Might throw up the scraper on gitlab, but I’m working on a few other projects first. Call me /codeshy/
